Welcome to the new website. The information displayed on this page will be refreshed from time to time to reflect events occurring within the club or to publicise events.

If any member has any ideas about content that he/she would like to see published please get in contact with the webmaster via the ‘Contact Us’ button on the main menu.

The Green is looking good but will  soon require some of its pre season maintenance and when dates and schedules become available details will be published. These sessions will require the support and participation of club members so please check the site on a regular basis.

A regular weekly visit would be good!

New Members

The club is always looking for new members, both experienced players looking for a change of club and also for any one who has never played before but would like to give it a try.

The sport is suitable for all ages from grand parents to grand children as can be seen by a visit to the British Crown Green Bowling Association’s Web site

If you think you might be interested use the Contact Us button to provide us with your details and we will arrange for a member to give you a trial session - you do not have to have bowls we will provide every thing that you need.

You MUST wear shoes/trainers that have a flat sole (i.e. no pronounced heel) but that’s all you need supply.  

Dress is casual and jeans are allowed.
